Dianna Williams Struggles to Balance Work and Motherhood in "The Dolls"

Reality TV stars -- they're just like us! Dianna Williams, star of The Dolls on Brandon TV, continues to talk about her struggle balancing work and being a good wife and mother in the latest episode.

Episode 6 of The Dolls, which dropped on Sunday, July 28, captures the dancing dolls team gearing up for their first performance of the season, Buck or Die, and Dianna opening up about the challenges she faces as a business owner and mother.

Williams expresses the guilt and slight resentment she feels towards the other mothers who are able to see their kids during practice, while she is also with their kids and not with her own son Cobe. She reminisces about the troubles fighting with the Dancing Doll Parents (DDPs) from Bring It like Selena Johnson.

"You're b*tching and moaning about your daughters not performing and you get to see them right through the window," Williams tells her husband. "I don't see mine. I don't tuck mine in at night. I couldn't tell you about dinner. I can't tell you about homework, about projects," she continues.

Later in the episode she has the discussion again with coaches Jenear Kidd and Shannan Williams.

"I was there with y'all all last year because I knew you were new... but I missed a lot of stuff with Cobe," Dianna admits.

"This year, Cobe is playing on Varsity and Junior Varsity so that's games on Thursdays and games on Fridays. I'm gonna be with my baby," she explains to the coaches.

She begins to get emotional and teary-eyed while admitting she needs a minute.

"I worry about being enough for my husband, being enough for my son," Williams cries. "I always have to pick; I don't want to pick," she continues.

There's definitely more to this moment, so be sure you watch the episode for all the heartstring-tugging details. Warning: have the tissues handy!
