Ricky Rebel Announces 'No Authority' Reunion

If you grew up in the late ‘90s and early 2000s, there’s a good chance you had No Authority on repeat in your CD player. The boy band that gave us hits like “Can I Get Your Number” and “What I Wanna Do” had fans swooning with their smooth harmonies, catchy pop beats, and undeniable charm. Now, after nearly two decades, No Authority is gearing up for a reunion that has fans buzzing with excitement!

No Authority first hit the scene in 1997 and quickly became a staple of the boy band era, sharing the spotlight with icons like *NSYNC and Backstreet Boys. Managed by the legendary Michael Jackson and signed to Madonna’s Maverick Records, the group had a star-studded beginning that propelled them into teen heartthrob territory.

Their debut album, Keep On, (1997) gave fans some of the bands' most popular hits, and they toured alongside major acts like Britney Spears, spreading their infectious energy to audiences worldwide. In 2000, they released their hit, self-titled album that gave iconic singles like "Can I Get Your Number." But like many boy bands of the time, No Authority eventually disbanded as the pop craze shifted.

Fast forward to 2024, and the boys are back! Fans have been speculating for years about a reunion, but it’s finally official. Member Ricky Rebel No Authority took to social media to announce their plans for a comeback tour, with all members—Ricky Rebel, Eric "Stretchy" Stretch, Danny Zavatsky, and Tommy McCarthy—on board.

The reunion promises to be a celebration of their classic hits and (hopefully) new music.

No official tour or concert dates have been announced, but keep your eyes peeled for pre-sale dates because this is going to be one reunion you won’t want to miss!
