Recently on Instagram, Grammy member and Billboard Top 40 recording artist Ricky Rebel announced the premiere of his new music video for his song "Don't Give Up On Me" off is Veronica album. It premiered on September 20 live on the NBC News and iHeartRadio syndicated show ‘The Hollywood Rebel Report’.
In an exclusive chat with Obsessed Weekly, the singer opened up about the single and its accompanying video, saying:
"I wrote ‘Don’ t Give Up on Me’ with PJ Bianco, who’s produced hits for Demi Lovato and the Jonas Brothers. He loved the fact that I can belt and wanted us to create something that really showcased that. What we ended up with is an emotional track about owning up to selfishness and the fear that comes with being vulnerable. I was hesitant to put it on my most unapologetically sexual album yet ‘Veronica.’ I realize now that it’s perfect for the album. It’s easy for me to take off my clothes and be sexually raw but it’s a whole other animal to be emotionally raw. I’m stoked we kept it on the record."
